· No telephone reservations will be accepted. Requests are processed in the order they are received online.
· All reservations will be made through CONNECTIONS HOUSING, not with the individual hotels.
· Changes or cancellations must be made via email to Jay@connectionshousing.com. Cancellations made within 3 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit the one-night room and tax deposit.
· A one-night advance deposit is required for each room requested. Deposits may be made by credit card, check or money order. Make checks payable to CONNECTIONS HOUSING. Include room tax of 9.55%.
· If you choose to fax this form, please print legibly; incomplete forms will not be accepted.
· Once this housing form has been received, reservations will be acknowledged via email within one week. If no email address is given USPS acknowledgement will be sent within 4 weeks. |
